We believe providing a thorough and comprehensive service to all our patients and clients requires time. In order to understand your needs and the needs of your pet we set up our initial consults between 1.5-3 hours. These can be very emotional and difficult times for some families which is why our team provides ongoing and prompt support through continued correspondence with yourself. We believe in providing an exceptional service that improves your pet's welfare and quality of life.

• 45 minute massage treatment

Initial consult includes: 

• Timeframe: 2-3 hours including pre-visit case note collation

• Comprehensive case review 

• 2 x Follow up phone calls of 20 minutes each 

• Email communication for up to a month

• Individualised palliative care plan 

• Individualised pain management strategy 

• Prescription fee for any medication prescribed during that initial consultation 

• Liaison with your regular veterinarian as well as allied health services 

• Information and handouts specific to your pet's illness and needs 

• Anticipatory grief support 

• Pet loss support 

• Initial consult charges are the same for both in-home visit or tele-medicine consults 

• Additional charges apply for in-home visits (see below)

Follow up consult includes:

• Timeframe: 1 - 1.5 hours 

• Case review

• Altering patient management if needed 

• Liaison with your regular veterinarian as well as allied health services 

• Anticipatory grief support 

• Pet loss support 

• Follow up consult charges are the same for both in-home visit or tele-medicine consults 

• Additional charges apply for in-home visits (see below)

• Prescriptions $38.50 (GST inclusive)/script ​

Vet-2-Vet Service:

• For veterinarians requiring guidance for cases where referral is not feasible 

• Referral service only 

• No direct contact with pet's caregiver   

• Comprehensive case review 

• Provide support specific to the case 

• Provide support to veterinary teams for case management
